My wife was treated poorly in Bellingham’s Park Lane at this address. It was often difficult to get a nurse to come to her room to address her medical needs.
One day, she requested the nurse for six hours. My wife then called me at home and asked me to travel to the facility to find the nurse.
I went to the facility and found the nurse, but she wouldn’t go speak with my wife.
The nurse called the police and took three officers to my wife’s room. The nurse required my wife to discuss her medical and bowel conditions in front of the officers. Very disrespectful!
The nurse finally addressed my wife’s medical needs almost 8 hours after her first request.
My wife, a retired nurse, believed that the nurse used the police to control her – all because my wife wanted to speak with the nurse about medical needs.
Watermark’s Park Lane leadership didn’t seem to take our complaints seriously.
I recommend avoiding this organization and facility.
