Sounds [from the private care blog] like you guys have been busy while I was away. I can tell that my mom is really enjoying your caregivers' company.

What is Age-Friendly care?
Age-Friendly care is health care that addresses your unique needs and wants. It can help you enjoy a better quality of life.
It is care that is safe and based on what research shows are the most important things to pay attention to as we get older — the 4Ms: what Matters, Medication, Mentation and Mobility.
I feel so fortunate to have been introduced to Mature Caregivers and to have benefitted from your Caregiver's (David) time with my husband who has advanced Dementia. The caregiver spends time going through family albums, going out for walks, doing exercises, watching TV, preparing lunch, and so much more. This has also given me respite time to visit with friends, run errands, and to attend my support community. David enriches our lives and makes the days easier!
