Has no compassion for their clients, and do not have any standards for their caregivers. They are constantly asking me for gas money. One person asked for medication. If you report it to the company, they punish you by telling you their short of staff and leave you without services. Supposed to get 9 hours a week and I get 1 hour a week if they show up at all. My laundry doesn't get done, have been sleeping on sheets that haven't been washed in two years! Lucky if they just do the dishes and take out the trash.
Pasco SW Home care has no compassion for the client. I can't have people in the house it's so dirty. I have begged the Director of coordinator Angela to please please do something to get the house taken care of or I would contact Adult Protection agency. And it still nothing was accomplished. This company does not care about the client needs! They just want to be paid. No wonder clients feel Hopeless and forgotten.
