I am interested in this position because it puts the patient-client first. I have always first tried to listen to different clients in my social work-case management positions and adapt my responses based on the available services and policies of the agency that I am serve within. I have worked with many older adults in different positions and have worked in a team approach with each patient-client. I am interested in a part-time position as I am wanting to slowdown from full time service. I have especially enjoyed being in the homes of clients. I served in parish ministry for ten years earlier and found visiting people in their homes to especially be supportive to them.
