Quiet park, friendly people.
Scottsdale is safe and age friendly, so is north Phoenix
Sunny, warm, beautiful landscape with phenomenal sunrises and sunsets, less expensive to live than most states in the US. After living in the Midwest for 30 years, this is pure heaven to me.
