Oakland Park, officially the City of Oakland Park, is a city in Broward County, Florida, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the city's population was 41,363, mainly due to annexation of North Andrews Gardens and Twin Lakes South. It is part of the Miami–Fort Lauderdale–Pompano Beach Metropolitan Statistical Area, which was home to 5,564,635 people at the 2010 census.

Oakland Park has a lot of different cultures mix together old, young and everyone helps one another. Livability could be a little bit better taxes and rent is going up. The transportation is awesome always on time. Everyone hard and support small businesses. This is the reason why this city is a friendly to all ages
People always show respect for each other doesn't matter the age group
My neighborhood is full of retired veterans, and retired individuals. Everyone is very friendly.
This community has a Condominium complex that was until 5 years ago 55+ community.
Because I see it's really important for patients and workers.
