Manchester is a home rule-class city in Clay County, Kentucky, in the United States. It is the seat of its county and the home of a minimum- and medium-security federal prison. The city's population was 1,255 at the 2010 census.

It could be better because the younger people these days have no respect for no one. Also, the care for the roads are not good they don't mow the sides of the road or black top it like they should. The transportation is good you can get a rtec bus up there to get you that's a good thing.
I have lived here all my life. People are friendly. Great community
This town is drug and crime infested
We need more activities for young kids and seniors to be apart of.
It may be hard for professional help to get to some one in the winter because they don't treat the roads back here and when it snows it stays a block of ice until spring
