Kenosha is a city in and the county seat of Kenosha County, Wisconsin, United States. Kenosha is on the southwestern shore of Lake Michigan. With an estimated population of 99,889 as of July 1, 2013, it is the fourth-largest city in Wisconsin and the fourth-largest city on Lake Michigan. The city is part of the United States Census Bureau's Chicago Combined Statistical Area (CSA).

It's a rural small town but with excellent neighborhoods as well as close to lots of shipping public transportation parks etc
Well I think people are nice because if you treat a person with respect you get the same respect it all about careing and having a heart with people you love and care about I think that friendly

No walkability, no close stores, no real interactive older community - requires the older person to be outgoing and if not, they remain alone
