Joplin is a great community to live in it is very low on everything compared to the rest of the country very nice to elderly people and families with kids all around this place plenty of jobs
care
In my neighborhood you are in walking distance of almost everything... convenience stores , grocery stores , employment , and plenty of restaurants.
My community is clam , quite , with friendly, helpful caring neighbors. Transportation is easy everything a person may need is close by.
Yes because this community has old and new houses, with older people, about 60/40.
