I am new to the area, so in general, very friendly, but I am not able to include any other comments at this time.
We have many elderly as well as children in my community. it is very family oriented.
Very successful.
Many of our elderly live alone and do for themselves, still drive, do yard work and take walks
Very nice outgoing people. I moved here for the good schools, the neighbors are genuinely good people.
