Davison is a city in Genesee County in the U.S. state of Michigan and a suburb of Flint. The population was 5,536 at the 2000 census and fell to 5,173 by the 2010 census. Davison is located within Davison Township survey township area (7N 8E), but is administratively autonomous.
Davison was named after Judge Norman Davison, a judge of Lapeer County and a delegate to state constitution convention of 1835. He resided in a nearby hamlet formerly known as Davisonville, now known as Atlas.

Lots of senior places of living around here as well as senior center. There is a MTA buses for seniors to use for appointments and ect. Stores and restraunts who help assist seniors with their needs.

I started working with the mentally handicap at a young age and from there I knew that this was something that I was called to do took care of six individuals for 9 years in the same home and then unfortunately I lost one of the presidents there and I had to step away years later I did go back to work I took care of the elderly bedridden woman who suffered a stroke she was a colostomy bag to feed bathing medications feeding companionship I believe this is my calling from God it's always been my passion I've had other jobs I've waitress I've worked in factories I even had my own business but I wasn't truly happy seeing the smiles on those that I help and take care of is the greatest gift that anybody could ever receive that's why I want to get back into helping
