Alamosa is a city under Home Rule Municipality that is the county seat and the most populous municipality of Alamosa County, Colorado, United States. The city population was 8,780 at the 2010 United States Census. The city is the commercial center of the San Luis Valley in south-central Colorado, and is the home of Adams State University.

This community is not so much for a younger generation but more so for the older ready to retire group.
The nature, sense of calm, family oriented. My husband is flight medic and have his base here, I look forward to start working here as well. Morning- afternoon, we have a 9 years old daughter and our family is oriented to traditional family
