This city is livable. It's friendly. Some are working caring educative neighbours. It have a good transport network. The community is engaged in a lot of activities including both old young and small.

Large community with friendly families, people walking outside, you will get several waves from people standing outside. Speed bumps throughout the neighborhood for safe driving purposes, community events held at the neighborhood park and recreation center.
