Quiet. Pretty area. Good schools. No public transportation. Need to have car.
in Tolland you will need to have your own automobile, you'd need physical assistance with snow removal and lawn maintenance. The town is rural and not really a city per sa. To live there you need to be independent or have able bodied assistance at the ready.
I think Tolland is a nice cool place to live
